Apple Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 apple, cored, chopped
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, chopped
  • 1/4 cup raspberries

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in the blender and mix on high speed for 30-60 seconds or until well combined.
  2. Pour into a glass, add ice cubes and serve immediately.
